		<description>Stationary Bike.  Low impact but make sure to keep the heart rate rather high.  Most people don&#039;t realize that doing crunches and sit-ups does not tone the abdominal region it just strengthens those muscles.  A person cannot isolate fat-loss. The body loses fat at an even rate across itself.  Granted some people are genetically predisposed to having more fat in their abdominal region than.. say their arms, but that is purely genetics.  The best way to tighten or firm up any part of your body is a healthy diet and fat burning exercise.</description>

I have one and it&#039;s really good because it gives you support and allows you to really work your abs. I bought the one I have at walmart for only like $15.00 and I think it is really worth it.
