3 years and present for me..back injury.

Immediate – 9 months. I will have a lifetime with a few ailments from being struck by a drunk driver. I am blessed with life, and that is all that matters at the moment, the suffering is the bonus that lets me know I am still alive?
Sorry to hear that. I had a wrist injury that kept me away from biking for 10 months. in actuality, I didnt need to take that much time off. it was pyschological more than anything else and that really fcuked with me a lot, led to me going into depression, etc.
but I learned how to deal with the injury the next few times that it came about. I only stayed off for about 10days at most, then got back into riding.
Take care of yourself. Have you tried acupuncture?

20 years from a neck injury in a car accident.
