Highly unlikely.
First of all, you have to prove that it was a reinjury. Second, you have to show how much was due to the new injury, how much the old (VERY hard to prove). Lastly, in MOST states (I’m not sure about FL, sorry), there’s a “time limit” to reopen an old claim – usually 3 – 5 years after it was closed.
So IF the reinjury is also a comp claim, and the claim has been closed long enough, most likely the entier claim will be filed under the new claim. And if it’s auto, or on your own time, then it’s not going to count at all.

New laws require car designs that minimise injury to pedestrians involved in collision with vehicles. Describe some of the ways in which the car manufacturers are doing this.

How Serious Of A Crime Is Pushing Someone Against A Wall During A Heated Argument (with No Injury Incurred)?

If two people are arguing, and one person grabs the other’s shoulder firmly and pushes him back against a wall (a foot or so behind the person), how much of a crime is that?
Assume that the push was not particularly forceful or violent–an attention-getting tactic, not an assault–and that there is absolutely no injury whatsoever. How much trouble can the pusher get in, if the pushee wants to press things and consequently calls the police?
