Can I Suffer Spinal Injury From Doing Too Much Dolphin Kick?

So recent few weeks, I’ve been practising butterfly, especially dolphin kick, bout 3 hours a day. My back and abs often feel ache, and I’ve grown taller, but I was wondering whether it is possible to get spinal injury from doing too much butterfly?
I’m not afraid of the pain, coz I want to improve the most, but I don’t wanna have a spinal injury and not be able to walk bcoz of it.

I Suffer From Sciatica Periodically, Nothing Really Seems To Touch The Pain.?

Nerve pain is often very difficult to ease. There are some anti-convulsant medicines, like Neurontin and Lyrica, that are often effective on nerve pain. They’re not taken on an as-needed basis like most pain killers, but on a regular basis, to maintain a certain level in your blood. If the sciatica is a chronic problem, then you might want to consider giving them a try.

I Am Beginning To Suffer From Numbness As Well As Pain From My Sciatica Is This Normal?

See your health care provider as soon as possible. Your numbness probably stems from some chronic irritation of the sciatic nerve root as it leaves the spinal cord. This may be caused by a herniated, or “slipped,” disk, a disk fragment, or a bone spur. Unfortunately, the longer the numbness lasts, the less likely it is to disappear. A consultation with a neurologist would be advisable. And good luck.
