I have backache pain from Rt side of the Rt leg Radiator to lower side of the leg I have taken medical examination NCS/EMG and doctor told me the blockage of two nerves plz suggest some guidelines for me

Hi! I’m 25+ weeks and for the past few days I’ve had this pain in my hips. I’m very stiff when I get up from a chair and then at times it’s a sharp pain. It’s on the sides of my hips/buttocks. I feel best when lying on the couch with my feet up.
I’m seeing my acupuncturist on Wednesday but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on whether this might be the sciatica my mom warned me about.

I woke up two nights ago with intense pain in my leg and butt cheek. It was definately sciatica, im sure. The thing is, it has just diappeared now, should i still see a doctor? is it normal for it to just go away, and will it come back?

I play tennis, I started having a little sciatica disconfort in the left buttock. Does playing tennis can worsen it? shoul I stop playing?
Anther question: being overweight can worsen it?

Sciatica is a nerve-related pain. Of course there are lots of medications available and it would be better if you consult with your doctor for the best solution. Over the counter pain relievers may work for a while but its better if your medications be accompanied by physical therapy. Goodluck !
