My feet get almost red hot and sleep is impossible!Feels like sciatica !
I get up soak them in cold water/walk outside etc–still burning hot!!

If you find a place that hurts really really bad, then stop and hold it for fifteen seconds. It will hurt but then it will feel better. I do it to myself all the time. Good luck!
