What Are Some Other Things I Can Do To Help With My Back Pain From Recent Injury?
especialy when i am laying down it hurts the worst cause i lay on my side and theres nothing susporting my back then

Would A Recent Back Injury Cause Hip Ache?
Early this week i managed to hurt my back trying to lift a door. The pain was just under my left shoulder blade but it felt like it spread round to the front of my chest (under my breast). The pain throughout the week seemed to spread upwards and more recently downward. Since this injury my hips have been killing me. When i get up to move they kill on both sides.
Do you think the ache and pain is related to the back injury? If so, how can this be?
