Back Injury Problem ? ? ? ?

This might sound stupid but about 3 years ago I fell out of a window, which was quite high. Since then I had to stop most sports because I was worried it might trigger something in my back again. When I fell out the window, I couldnt move for about 5 minutes. Does anyone know what might of happened? I landed on my bottom but on the part where the tail bone is. :S Help? Also, my back is really curved now.

So I was in a soccer game about 30min. ago and I was completely taken out on one play. Like I got hit from behind and when I landed my arm was twisted behind my back and and I landed on my back sorta on my hip. It hurt really bad and it was hard to walk after. I’m also really shakey and like jittery.
Do you think there can be a problem with my back?

Doctor gave me medicine for nervous system, ill try to find out the name cos Im Mexican n i dont know if u call it the same way there (B complex”)

If you have access to a Jacuzzi that will help your pain diminish. If not take a hot bath with 2c. of epsom salts every evening. Also a moist heating pad can be applied whenever you feel pain.
A good massage therapist is worth their weight in gold when it comes to treating sciatica . See a massage therapist on a regular basis and your Pain will start decreasing.

Her left hind has a scar that you can feel as damaged tissue or muscle on the side of her thigh. She tends to have soundness problems in her left hock (made worse by her tendency to kick the walls), with a shortened stride or limp. Her back is unlevel, one side is noticeably lower than the other, so her saddle slips no matter how tight her girth is. She also keeps her tail clenched down very tightly, you cannot lift it up at all. The owner is not often around and I have been taking care of her. I’m fresh out of school, looking for work, and can’t afford to have anyone come look at her (neither could/would the owner!) Any ideas on how I can help this sweet horse???

I Don’t know about stretching exercises however, it might help you to try inversion… I have an inversion table and it’s wonderful. It takes all the pressure off your spine by tilting your body… head down while your in a prone position. This opens up your spine and releases the nerves that are being impinged. The inversion table will let you go completely upside down… hanging by your ankles. With my bad back I had often imagined hanging by my feet like the acrobats and how good it would feel… it does! Check with your doctor first just to be on the safe side. Swimming will also help. Being in the water takes the pressure off our skeletal system, and swimming is wonderful exercise.
