HELP!!! I am in severe pain and do not want to get surgery. I am thinking about trying Reflexology. Also, I have heard acupunture can relieve the pain permanently.

Is Pilates Suitable For People With Lower Back Injuries?
I have a friend who is recovering from a lower back injury, which has been around for some time now. She would like to get active again, but it’s not as if she can hit the gym or start running straight away. Will pilates be a good form of recovery exercise?

Does Anyone Know What People Generally Get Paid For Personal Injury For Whiplash And Neck And Back Pain?
I was recently hit from behind by a car and suffered neck and back injury.
I have been sent to a doctor for a medical on behalf of the insurance company. He said that I have suffered severe whiplash and neck and back injury and has refferred me to a physiotherapist for treatment.
Does anyone have any idea how much compensation I might be awarded and how long do these cases usually take to pay. Thanks
