My feet get almost red hot and sleep is impossible!Feels like sciatica !
I get up soak them in cold water/walk outside etc–still burning hot!!

Saturday, February 6th, 2010The throw rug slipped from under my feet and I slipped and fell hard with my lower back hitting the top of the washer. It isn’t bruised but it hurts horribly. I can’t press on it at all. I’m jsut wondering if I should go into urgent care or if I should give it a few days. I took excedrin extra strength and its not helping. This just happened yesterday.

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009i have tried exercise, stretches and heat patches but nothing works. even ibuprofen dosnt completely ease the pain. im 24 and missing out on nights out with my friends…and my quality of life is poor. im on the waiting list to see a physio.
