Can I Suffer Spinal Injury From Doing Too Much Dolphin Kick?
So recent few weeks, I’ve been practising butterfly, especially dolphin kick, bout 3 hours a day. My back and abs often feel ache, and I’ve grown taller, but I was wondering whether it is possible to get spinal injury from doing too much butterfly?
I’m not afraid of the pain, coz I want to improve the most, but I don’t wanna have a spinal injury and not be able to walk bcoz of it.

Yes. You use your lower back to bring your legs backwards and you slightly bend your knees and use your thighs to kick forwards. You use all your muscles is swimming so don’t go over the top if you have an injury or you will make it worse.
