i have a dress rehersal to days ago for my acro and lyrical dance, the first time i did the back handspring in the dance was fine then when i went for the double the first one i di was really high and when i went into the “handstand” i heard a cracking noise. what o you think happened? cant bend back or straighten it??!!!

Saturday, September 26th, 2009I just recently fracturd my metatarsol pinky bone and I dance intensively in BBallet School. I don’t know if i should dance again because I heard it’ll be hard to get back but i luv dancing and I miss it already. any ideas?
