An 18 wheeler truck hit a car, which threw the car into the back of the company vehicle I was in. I am having bad neck pains and a little back pain. I am wondering the steps I should take all around to get this resolved? My company is currently putting me through therapy and I am seeing a doctor, but what do I do if I can’t work right now? I have never had this happen to me. Also, if my company doesnt pay me, how can I make the money up?

Monday, October 12th, 2009I was hit by someone who has claim falut. They did a u turn in the middle of the street and ran direclty into me. (T-boned me) It has been a few days and now I am starting to have some major stiffness and pain. The insurance company at falut is interviewing me today. should i tell them I had another accident where i suffered back injury 15 years ago?
