Back Injury Problem ? ? ? ?

This might sound stupid but about 3 years ago I fell out of a window, which was quite high. Since then I had to stop most sports because I was worried it might trigger something in my back again. When I fell out the window, I couldnt move for about 5 minutes. Does anyone know what might of happened? I landed on my bottom but on the part where the tail bone is. :S Help? Also, my back is really curved now.

Tips For Toning The Abdomen W/ Neck & Back Injuries?

I am seeking any tips to help tone the abdominal area w/ neck & back injuries. I am currently participating in daily cardio sessions of at least 20 minutes, including a standing abs workout. It is difficult for me to do crunching motions & ball workouts. I also do some pilates sets that don’t include the crunching motion, but seem to work the lower abs a bit. I am open to any other suggestions to change it up a bit.

Highly unlikely.
First of all, you have to prove that it was a reinjury. Second, you have to show how much was due to the new injury, how much the old (VERY hard to prove). Lastly, in MOST states (I’m not sure about FL, sorry), there’s a “time limit” to reopen an old claim – usually 3 – 5 years after it was closed.
So IF the reinjury is also a comp claim, and the claim has been closed long enough, most likely the entier claim will be filed under the new claim. And if it’s auto, or on your own time, then it’s not going to count at all.
