I have a bad back from three different injuries and going to the doctor no longer helps (it just makes things worse for me), and thaking pain pills doesn’t always seem to help. What can I do?

Monday, July 12th, 2010She is not neutered, as she has always lived in the house – besides we got her from my brother in law 5 years ago when they migrated, I felt she was too old to be operated on – she also seems a bit exited but its my male who has been playing up – he balks non stop and even the neighbours have started to complain – is his behaviour a part of him not been able to do anything because of his back injury – he can walk fine but the back legs are weaker. Would like some advice on what to do. I have tried kenneling him but it did not work either.

Which Doctor Is Best For Back Injuries?
Monday, July 12th, 2010I have a back injury related to an elevator accident. I have a herniated disc in L5 S1. It’s worker’s comp related & they did NOT approve epidural injections that my pain management doc suggested nor did they approve physical therapy.
I decided to get a lawyer involved and have the shots anyways despite pros/cons & since workers comp takes too long to approve anything. Its now been a year and nothings done. They gave me a choice of doctors (by the time they approve stuff, I will already have had the shots).
Which speciality is best (I chose relevant ones on their list) ? Keep in mind that I will already have had shots and that they “randomly” select THREE docs in that specialty so I cant go to my “own.”

Sunday, February 28th, 2010This might sound stupid but about 3 years ago I fell out of a window, which was quite high. Since then I had to stop most sports because I was worried it might trigger something in my back again. When I fell out the window, I couldnt move for about 5 minutes. Does anyone know what might of happened? I landed on my bottom but on the part where the tail bone is. :S Help? Also, my back is really curved now.

Tips For Toning The Abdomen W/ Neck & Back Injuries?
Sunday, February 28th, 2010I am seeking any tips to help tone the abdominal area w/ neck & back injuries. I am currently participating in daily cardio sessions of at least 20 minutes, including a standing abs workout. It is difficult for me to do crunching motions & ball workouts. I also do some pilates sets that don’t include the crunching motion, but seem to work the lower abs a bit. I am open to any other suggestions to change it up a bit.
