Im nearly 30 weeks pregnant and I have had sciatica since the beginning of my pregnancy!
Last night it was so bad, I couldn’t get out of my car without my partners help and as soon as I lay down, I couldn’t even turn over let alone get out of bed!
It is so sore, does anyone have any advice about it? I asked my mifwife and she said its just something you have to suffer through and I tried going to a physio but it didn’t help.

I Would Really Like Some Advice From Anyone Who Recieved A Back Injury At Work. How Do I Max My Compensation?
Monday, December 28th, 2009I hurt my back in work in 2000 and since then I have been unable to work full time. I have suffered dreadful pain over this period and am now at a point where I dont know where to turn. I am on welfare since the accident. I seeked legal advice back then and things were ok until I went to see a back specilist. First time I went to see him he sent a report saying that my injury wasn’t work related. However I pushed it a little and asked him to send me for a CT scan. He did and it showed that I indeed had an injury to my spine. In his report he said that my injury was due to my accident, but was also due to weight gain and sediment lifestyle. But my weight gain and my sediment lifestyle is due to the fact that I find it difficult to exercise as much as I used to. My legal advise is that if this report was taken to court it would not be enough to make a good case. Is there anyone out there that could give me some advise what I should do. My life seems to have ended in 2000. Thanks Tom

I Need To Get Footwork Speed Back After A Leg Injury. Any Advice?
Tuesday, October 20th, 2009In September, I broke my left femur. I ended up getting a femoral nail, and have started walking again in the last two weeks. I will be competing in the AAU Nationals in Florida this year, in July, and will need some help getting my speed back up to snuff. I am 32, and in the 18-34 year old Advanced group. I am biking and doing as much work in the pool as possible to build up strength, but I am more concerned about timing. I can still axe kick with the leg, and have reluctantly did some paddle drills without any real issues. Pivoting is a bit of a problem though. Anyone have any advice? Besides hanging it up, that is. I wrecked my back in a car accident, and that didn’t stop me either. I’d appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!
