Hopefully and most likely it was just a sprain/strain.
if your pain is not tremendous try some heat on it. icy
hot has the perfect heat pack . Lots of rest. There is no way to tell if you will be ok by Monday you will have to wait and see. Motrin or Advil is excellent to relieve pain. If it gets so painful that when you twist or raise your legs you may need to go to urgent care to be on the safe side. Also if you end up having spasms. Just remember don't push yourself, Monday may be too soon depending on the severity of your fall, but late next week may be more reasonable.

Yikes...did you see a doctor after the fall? You may have simply sprained some muscles, but with a fall like that, there is a good chance that you herniated a disc. I would have some imaging studies done before you resume any strenuous activity. If you HAVE done something like herniate a disc, you can EASILY make things worse...going from a situation where physical therapy could have fixed things to having to have surgery.
Be safe...don't take the risk!
Best of luck!
