I Was Working As A Cna And Injury My Back With Pain Radiates To My Legs? I Need Help!?

This happen 6 months ago. My doctor didn’t send me for any treatment until months later. He gave me pain and muscle relaxer because I was having back spasm at night. I had a MRI and spine is OK but I have some muscle damage. I walk like a two year old. A lot of pain in my knees. I’m also overweight which does not help my problem. Any remedies. I started PT and only thing was done was give me 3 exercises to do at home. Help!

    I’m assuming the doctor did not suggest any surgery for the muscle damage, so there really isn’t anything you can do but lose weight and do the exercises.

    It would help if you edit your question and explain better what is a CNA (Cool Not Aweful, Centered Nature Associate, Cane Never Adam or what?)
