I Have Sciatica With Pains In Other Places Of My Body?
after standing all day at work just over 2 weeks ago,after going to the doctors he has said that i have Sciatica ive been off for 2 weeks, back still not right now getting head ache and pains in right arm and leg. how long could i be off work as, my employer is wanting me to go back next week

I would suggest going to a chiropractor he/she could help to get your body in alignment to help with some of the pain also your family doctor or chiropractor might be able to recommend some simple exercises to help lessen the pain.
