Try to get yourself back into the game as quickly as possible. Try playing pick up matches with friends and such. Or if your by yourself, dribbling drills and juggling will help tremendously. For instance, you can put together a make shift obstacle course. But juggling will improve your touch the most and help you control the ball. Start slow and make sure that the ball is going where you want it to go. If you have to just drop the ball to your feet and try to pop it up into your hands with your laces. But make sure to do this with both feet. Best of Luck

ya just dribble the ball around the house.. thats what i do and i always have the soccer ball at my feet. I had an injury and it screwed me over and i couldnt play soccer in the summer before tryouts before school started again. Just always have a soccer ball with you and always do simple moves around things outside.
