    Sciatica at 21 looks impossible.
First follow acupuncture and then go for YOG (especially meditation).
    Naturopathy also can help.
If possible think visiting us. This is dangerous problem, don’t live paralysed throughout life.
    Best luck.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating all pains confirms it.
Pain killers don’t treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Dont know if it is upper or lower..for lower you can lie on the floor in front of your sofa…roll a hand towel and put it in the small of your back…put your legs up on the sofa and scoot up til you are at 90 degree angles everywhere. Rest there a while…relax..things may pop. It helps..at least if it is lower it does.

You need to see a doctor. My son and daughter both suffer from sciatica type pain. But, it isn’t sciatica. The muscle around the sciatic nerve is inflamed and swollen. The pain is coming from the muscle pressing against the nerve and not actually a problem with the sciatic nerve. So you really need to get that evalutaed. My son goes to PT for that.

I have been suffering with this and severe spinal stenosis, degenerative joint and disc disease since 1979.I often get a disc interfering with the sciatic nerve. The first place I go is to the chiropractor who quickly takes care of the problem.Chiropractors are the ones who are trained to work with this. Personally I would run from PT. You are young, of course I was too when it started, but there may be something that can be done to cure your problem where there isn’t for mine they say. I would go to a good chiropractor ASAP. I have made all the rounds. Specialists in three states,Pt,osteos, neurologist etc. Go to the chiro.

If you are really concerned, see a doctor and don’t listen to these idiots on Yahoo Answers.
