Had A Shin Injury Couple Months Ago Could Someone Please Give Tips On How To Make It Back Strong Again?
Its fully heal I just need some at home exercises to make it back strong again

Do calf Raises at your house. On stairs. Lean your heel off of your stairs like you are going to stretch your calf and then instead of stretching it, slowly raise it, hold it and then lower it. do it slow helps, don’t go fast. do, lets say 10 reps for the first time, then tomorrow do 15 and just continue raising it. that will hep build your calf and shin.
Running. Jumping up and down like on a block helps too.
Make sure you stretch.
