Tips For Toning The Abdomen W/ Neck & Back Injuries?
Sunday, February 28th, 2010I am seeking any tips to help tone the abdominal area w/ neck & back injuries. I am currently participating in daily cardio sessions of at least 20 minutes, including a standing abs workout. It is difficult for me to do crunching motions & ball workouts. I also do some pilates sets that don’t include the crunching motion, but seem to work the lower abs a bit. I am open to any other suggestions to change it up a bit.

Sciatica, Symptoms Disappeared?
Saturday, February 27th, 2010I woke up two nights ago with intense pain in my leg and butt cheek. It was definately sciatica, im sure. The thing is, it has just diappeared now, should i still see a doctor? is it normal for it to just go away, and will it come back?

Saturday, February 27th, 2010Sciatica is a nerve-related pain. Of course there are lots of medications available and it would be better if you consult with your doctor for the best solution. Over the counter pain relievers may work for a while but its better if your medications be accompanied by physical therapy. Goodluck !
