I know I have sciatica because my leg is burning and numb very very often but lately is also affecting my arm, or I have associated that to my previous symptom?

No.
This is your sciatic nerve:http://www.steadyhealth.com/articles/use…
This is your brachial plexus:http://www.erbspalsyinfo.net/images/brac…
As you can see they are not connected at all.
You need to see your doctor, who may refer you to a neurologist.
Brachial neuralgia (nerve pain in the arm) is very similar to sciatica, but comes from the neck nerves. Radicular pain is a term doctors use to describe pain when it is mainly from a single nerve root.
Brachial neuralgia is defined as pain radiating down the arm. It is similar to ‘sciatica’ or pain radiating down the leg. The presence of the brachial and lumber plexuses at the junction of the upper and lower limbs to the trunk makes this similarity of symptoms possible.
Treatment Options
• Braces or slings
• Exercise
• Heat/cold
• Medications: Corticosteroids, NSAIDs
• Rest
Shooting pain in the arm or leg may also be due to a condition called peripheral neuropathy. This is a problem where the small nerves in the limb are damaged. There are many potential causes including infections, diabetes, nutritional deficiencies, and metabolic disorders.
Hope this helps but sounds alot like what you may be experiencing. Always check with your dr on any medical advice.
Sciatica is a label that means zero. It is like the label Cake. It can mean a wedding cake or a cup cake, it is not precise. You state you know you have sciatica, but have not been diagnosed by a Doctor and that is a mistake. Never just assume or think, because you could have a more serious condition, that is left undiagnosed, because ‘I thought it was sciatica, that is why I did not bother to see you, a cancerous tumor of my spine, no way, you are joking?’ Burning and Numb do not bring any form of Sciatica to my mind. Sciatica is when the nerve, the sciatic nerves that leaves the spine, runs down the back, into the hip, exits the pelvis and continues down the leg gets trapped and when that happens, pain is the first and on going problem. As to why and where the nerve is being trapped, who knows, could be a muscle that has become inflamed, simple as that.
So I would see a Doctor with these symptoms and get it sorted. best of Luck
No, sciatica wouldn’t affect your arm. Those are completely separate peripheral nerves.
I would see a doctor, if I were you. Having nerve problems in both your leg AND your arm is extremely troubling. That could indicate some larger problem, like MS. Not to scare you, but I’d definitely go get that checked out.
Yes, your whole spine can be effected by sciatica because when it happens your muscles all spasm. It could also be that It could be that your pelvis is twisted and impeding your sciatic nerve. It will feel more like a hip or leg pain but it’s caused by your abs knotting up and pulling the back muscles out of whack. Inversion therapy could probably help that out quite a bit. The effects of gravity will elongate your spine and in time your pelvis and curvature can be stretched away and after a while almost certainly you can make it so both legs are the same length. They sell these doorway mounted inversion racks and they’re only 150.00 or so with gravity boots included. Teeter hang ups are the brand and the knid I bought. I use mine to fix my sciatica and keep stretched out and I have literally found no better way to maintain my posture and keep my spine, lower back, legs, and abs stretched out and free of spasms and knots. Here’ where I got my inversion system. Hope this helps. GOOGLE: online health mart sciatica :for more reading. You really should, this is what you have I believe!!!
*No sciatica is only in the legs. Sorry.
