Anyone Had Sever Sciatica Nerve Pain During Pregnancy, Did Anything Work To Help It?
hi i am 31 weeks pregnant and almost since the start of my pregnancy i have had sciatic nerve pain i have only been getting massages but they have not been working much. does anyone have any suggestions on relieving the pain

They told me I could only take tylenol or ibuprofen for sciatica during pregnancy. You might want to try those therma care wraps, they helped me a lot. Good luck!
